The Group's structure is comprised of the Senior Partner acting as the leader on all consulting engagements.  All official contacts and reports submitted to your organization are reviewed and approved by the Senior Partner.  Due to the wide ranging consulting services offered by the Group, the Senior Partner has partnered with a number of contract consultants to work on project requiring additional expertise.  This structure assures campuses that they are getting professional expertise in each consulting area offered by the Group.

A brief summary of the Senior Partner's credentials are:

Edward Paris, Senior Partner, Financial Administration and Organizational Performance and Quality - Mr. Paris holds a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in financial administration.  He is a Certified Management Consultant and formerly a Certified Professional Consultant to Management, an examiner for Colorado Performance Excellence (Baldrige Colorado affiliate) in 2004, 2005,and 2006 and a member of the American Society for Quality. He has over 30 years of experience in educational finance and consulting including long range and short term financial planning, budgeting, program feasibility, capital financing, financial management, institutional research, organizational planning, and organizational performance and quality.  He has held positions of Associate Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Interim Director of Financial Services, Director of Institutional Research, and Policy/Budget Analyst so far in his career.  He has directed and been a member of numerous campus and national professional organizations.

 

Brief summaries of some, but not all, of the partnering contract consultants are:

David Moon, Consultant, Educational Policy and Finance - Dr. Moon holds a Ph.D. degree in Government.  He has over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, educational policy analysis and development, and budgeting.  He has held positions of Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Director of Graduate School of Public Affairs, Chair of Political Science Department, Associate Professor of Political Science, and Assistant Professor of Political Science so far in his career.  Dr. Moon has had numerous publications in his career as well as directed and been a member of numerous campus, state, and national professional organizations.

 

Leslie Manning, Consultant, Organizational Development - Ms. Manning holds a Master of Library Science degree.  She has over 30 years of experience in library management, campus information systems management, and campus organizational development.  She has held positions of Dean of Library, Professor of Library Science, Dean for Library and Information Services, Associate Dean for Technical Service and Automation, and Reference Librarian so far in her career.  Ms. Manning has had numerous publications in her career as well as directed and been a member of numerous campus, state, and national professional organizations.

 

Marian Yacko, Consultant, Purchasing and Organizational Development - Ms. Yacko holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Organization Management.  She has over 30 years of experience in materials controls management, buying and contracting, purchasing, and teaching.  She has held positions of Director of Purchasing, Mail, and Shipping Services, Manager of Organization Support Services, Purchasing Agent, and Evening Instructor.  She has directed and been a member of numerous campus and state professional organizations.

 

Randall Kouba, Consultant, Enrollment Management and Financial Administration - Mr. Kouba holds a Master of Public Administration degree.  He has over 30 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions and records, student affairs, campus management, and financial management.  He has held positions of Interim Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance, Interim Vice Chancellor for Student Success, Director of Enrollment Management, Director of Admissions and Records, Associate Director of Admissions and Records, and Admissions Counselor.  He has directed and been a member of numerous campus, state, regional, and national professional organizations.

 

Jerry Wilson, Consultant, Information Systems - Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree.  He has over 20 years of experience in computer programming, systems programming, systems development and management, communications systems design and development, and campus management.  He has held positions of Director of Information Services and Communications, Assistant Director of Computing Services, Departmental Manager of Computing Services, Systems Analyst, and Computer Programmer.  He has directed and been a member of numerous campus, state, regional, and national professional organizations.

 

Tom Hutton, Consultant, Media Relations - Mr. Hutton holds a Bachelor of Science degree.  He has over 20 years of experience in electronic and print media relations, and internal communications.  He has held positions of reporter, Assistant Publisher, Associate Director of Public Relations, and Director of Public Relations.  He has directed and been a member of numerous campus, state, and regional professional organizations.

 

Sandy Matthews, Consultant, Research and Assessment - Ms. Matthews holds a Master of Arts degree.  She has over 20 years of experience as a research assistant and consultant, and statistical analyst.  She has held positions of Senior Professional Research Assistant, Research Consultant, and Research Specialist.  She has published numerous articles.
