A commitment from a campus to increase its performance is a major step in the life of the endeavor.  This collection of pages explains how the Academic Business Consulting Group looks at the educational environment and how institutions are impacted by it.  Additionally, it is important to know how a firm will work with you to improve performance and accountability.  The view of the educational environment that the Group uses is described in the "Approach" page.  It is, in effect, the Group's philosophy.  You will want to see how the Group's approach matches the campus philosophy.  Of course, a perfect match will seldom occur.  This fact is created by the unique situation of the campus  in relation to its environment.  However, it is the general approach that is important.  The detail page button at the left marked "Approach" will take you to a page that explains the Group's philosophy so you can see if it will work for your campus.

The way that a consultation will work with your institution is equally important to philosophy.  The Group refers to this concept as "Deploy."  It is an outline of the way that the Group and the campus will go through the engagement process.  It shows how each party will work with the other in an atmosphere of mutual respect and coordination.  The process should emphasize the way that the campus wants to address the issues or project.  The detail page button at the left marked "Deploy" will take you to a page that outlines the Group's process and you can see how it will benefit your campus.
