Mission

Our mission is to provide institutions of higher education with innovative solutions to issues identified by the institution.  It is the institution that knows and understands what issues it has and where it wants to be situated within its environment.  It is the Group's role to advise and assist the institution so that the campus may reach its highest potential.

Vision

Our vision is to provide effective solutions to higher educational institutions.  We use a combination of "best practices" and their application to each campus unique educational environment.  These "best practices" come from fact based proposals using a variety of financial, statistical, management tools, and research in the management performance field.

Values

Our values are the basis for the "We process."  The Group and the higher educational institution work with mutual respect for each others knowledge,  ideas, and processes within the consulting engagement.  Each party gains mutual trust over the time of the engagement to ensure that all approaches are given due respect.
